The hotel room had a large window overlooking the area, but it was in horrible shape and not clean as expected. I had to go to the grocery store across the street to get cleaner for the shower before it was close to usable. The service was supposed to call me regarding a bill reduction, which was very aggressive, but on the upside, they were pleasant and even gave us water. The location was okay, making it easy to get around Cedar Falls and Waterloo, but lacked in-room amenities like a coffee maker and microwave. The dining experience was very good with a nice variety of options, although some areas needed improvement. The facilities were missing some necessary features, despite having good food and variety.
